Crafted from solid walnut, it features an ornately carved apron adorned with intricate thistle motifs—an unmistakable nod to its Scottish heritage. The gracefully turned central pedestal tapers downward into three curved feet, that extends outwards, a common feature of 19th-century English and European furniture.
